Our Shipping Policy
How It Works
Ground shipping varies between $30-50 based on location. This cost includes shipping insurance. Time of delivery will vary according to location. We do not ship internationally. Many items are in stock with our providers, others may take up to 4 weeks. Please contact us for details on your order.
Returns & Refunds
How We Do It
We accept returns for seven days unless another time was agreed on. We do not accept returns for items that have been sized and we do not refund custom orders. We are readily available by phone to work with you. 828-396-7600
